I suggest you try clearing your browser’s history (cache) and cookies then restarting your browser and starting your search again. Often that will clear up the issue. If you continue to have the problem please send an email to our Manager of Technical and Electronic Services at: library@ung.edu providing details about the issue (step by step what you’ve clicked to set to the screen; browser you are using (Firefox, Chrome, Safari…) and if you are on or off campus and they will be in touch.
